June 28: Rock Steady Demo

Janice Moia who has recently started a Rock Steady Boxing program in our area will be joining us for our June 28th meeting and will be presenting a demo of what one might experience in the class. Learn more about her program on the Rock Steady Boxing website.

We meet on the 4th Thursday of each month from 1:30-3:30pm, except for the months of November and December due to the holidays.
